Iveco is an Italian engine manufacture they predominantly had engines for trucks and buses but have gone now into diesel engines for generators , based in Turin, Italy. It is a subsidiary of the Fiat Group, and produces around 460,000 diesel engines annually.

The name is an acronym for Industrial Vehicle Corporation, an alliance among European commercial vehicle manufacturers such as Fiat. Today the company is a significant player in the medium-duty trucks and engine markets .It is also dipped into the generator market where it has become and well renowned engine for generators which are very well known. With a range of engine sizes from 60 kva generating sets to 550 kva generating sets sized engines.
